Brad is a young entrepreneur who has been starting and growing businesses since he was 13 years old. He is now the Managing Partner of Simtob Management & Investment LLC and works on assembling and managing value-add multifamily deals.
Richard Simtob
Partner
Richard has been an entrepreneur since 14 years old and has started, owned, operated, and sold dozens of businesses throughout his career. He currently is a partner in Goldfish Swim Schools franchises, Official Driving School, Creative World School Franchises, and Zoup! Eatery.
